In-Store service means your printer is handled through our fully equipped repair centre for comprehensive diagnosis and repair. On-Site service means certified technicians attend your location where available and practical. On-site is ideal for large printers, multiple machines, schools, businesses, or when you can't transport the printer.
What is Preventative Maintenance?
Preventative Maintenance is a scheduled service program designed to keep your 3D printers running smoothly and prevent breakdowns before they occur.
